Most residential pathways are poured at 75–100mm thick. Higher traffic areas or pathways supporting vehicle crossings may require greater thickness. We’ll advise the correct specification during our site visit.

Broom finish is the most popular as it provides a slip-resistant surface. Exposed aggregate is a premium decorative option that also offers excellent grip. We’ll help you choose the best finish for your needs and budget.

Light foot traffic is usually safe after 24–48 hours. We recommend waiting at least 7 days before heavy use. Full concrete strength is reached at 28 days.

We can get very close in terms of colour and finish, though an exact match to aged concrete is not always possible. We’ll discuss expectations clearly before starting any work.

Yes — we can incorporate steps into pathway designs for properties with level changes. Steps are formed, reinforced, and finished to match the pathway surface.

Yes, we can break out and remove existing concrete pathways as part of the job. Just let us know when requesting your quote and we’ll include it in the price.
